  1. Oh Kathie, I feel your mush! There have been times over the past few years when I have felt like there was thick grey fog in my head which obliterated anything and caused huge obfuscation when trying to think 😉

    Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and take joy in the small things that please you each day.

    Investigate with your health provider if there is parental counselling/support available for you and your hubby as well. Sometimes it can help just being ‘heard’.
